Originally from the charming village of East Horsley in Surrey, Damian began his professional journey in the heart of London's financial district as a broker. After dedicating two decades to the world of finance, he felt the pull of a longstanding dream and took the plunge into the property sector, just as his father had done before him.

Fast forward to eight years later, Damian was in senior management at a bustling East Surrey real estate agency. It was there that he crossed paths with Zac. United by a shared vision for what a modern, client-focused estate agency could be, they began laying the groundwork for what would eventually blossom into Maison Partnership.

Tracing his roots back to his early days, Damian completed a full-circle journey when he moved back to Godalming. He had purchased his first flat in this very town and, after spending a decade in East Surrey, decided it was high time to return. Today, he enjoys the local life with his wife and their trio of young children. Whether it's a leisurely family day at the picturesque Philips Memorial Park or the occasional (frequent!) visits to some of the town's delightful pubs, Damian is deeply rooted in the community he loves.
